The Space:
You will have one entire building with five separate apartments with this rental!
These combinated apartments are recently renovated, two are 75m², two are 55m² and one is 90m².
They are inviting you to feel comfortable while away from home and are perfect for 15 or even up to 25 guests (using the comfy sofa beds).

>> The apartments are located on the ground floor (2x), 1st floor (2x) and 2nd floor (1x). They are connected through a common-used stairwell. The whole building is entirely yours.
>> All five living rooms have a very comfortable couch which can be turned into sleeping beds.
>> Two apartments feature a nice terrace whilst the one has a large balcony
>>Highspeed WIFI, Smart-TV and Netflix in all living rooms are going to make your day and right and a long day exploring the stunning city centre or working abroad.
>> The five open kitchen are each fully equipped. All of them have a dining table for four.
They come both with an electric stove, fridge and freezer, oven, dish washer, kettle and of course pans, pots and all kinds of knifes and cutlery.
>> All 5 bathrooms have a very modern design and big nice showers with rain functions.
Everything has an upscale finish with some decent highlights and decoration.
Also you'll find powerful hair dryers, towels and complimentary shower gel and shampoo.
To make you feel even more comfy, there's a heated towel rack as well in every bathroom and three apartments have a washer/dryer device.
Access to the apartments will be granted with a smartlock.
Guest Access:
Five apartments are included in this rental. They are connected through a common-used stairwell and located at ground, 1st and 2nd floor. The whole building is yours. The apartment doors have a distance of 3 meters between each other. Please, make yourself at home.
The Neighborhood:
In the closer surroundings you'll find a small cafe and a REWE supermarket for all your needs.
Also the river "Lech" with its city beach is a 15-minutes walk away.
Using the tramway you can reach the central square "Königsplatz" within 13 and Augsburg's central station ("Hauptbahnhof) within 15 minutes.
Getting Around:
The tramway-stop "Lechhausen Schlössle" can be reached within two minutes from the apartment and is serviced by line 1.
It's 13 minutes to the "Königsplatz" and 15 minutes to central station.
Parking is for free for five vehicles on the premises and the motorway (Autobahn) A8 is a 5-minute drive away.
