You will have one entire floor with two separate apartments with this rental!
These combinated apartments are recently renovated, one is 75m² and one is 55m².
They are inviting you to feel comfortable while away from home and are perfect for 6 or even up to 10 guests (using the comfy sofa beds).

They come both with an electric stove, fridge and freezer, oven, dish washer, kettle and of course pans, pots and all kinds of knifes and cutlery.

In the closer surroundings you'll find a small cafe and a REWE supermarket for all your needs.
Also the river "Lech" with its city beach is a 15-minutes walk away.
Using the tramway you can reach the central square "Königsplatz" within 13 and Augsburg's central station ("Hauptbahnhof) within 15 minutes.
Getting Around:
The tramway-stop "Lechhausen Schlössle" can be reached within two minutes from the apartment and is serviced by line 1.
It's 13 minutes to the "Königsplatz" and 15 minutes to central station.
Parking is for free for two vehicles on the property and the motorway (Autobahn) A8 is a 5-minute drive away.
