The house is 900 meters from Marmari in an idyllic quiet place with villas and trees.

The 1st room has a double bed a king bed table,
A very big balcony (27m2) suitable for outdoor dinning or sitting, looking the view to the garden and pool and more important the magnificentd view to the sea, the complex of 9 islands "Petali" and to an idyllic sunset.
The other room has a double bed (possibility of other 2 single beds)looking to a private garden with independent entrance.
There is a 3rd sheltered veranda out of the kitchen , as dinning and sitting area.

The nearest beach to the house (5 min on foot) is 2 km long with clear crystal blue waters and sand.

Figias is the next beach, uncrowded, with restaurant- bar- caffes, a tavern in front of the water, under fantastic kplatanos trees) 15 min by bicycle (Dimitris will provide you with 2 bicycles).
The village and port of Marmari (15 min on foot ,5 min by bicycle) has taverns, bars , caffes , banks, hospital, pharmacies, post office and travel agent fororganizing excursions, like to Dimosary gorge).It has sightseeings (2 Roman- Medieval Castles) museums , festivals.
Both Marmari and Karistos have pictoresque ports with many yatchs and fishing boats, street by the sea for pedestrians, ideal for adults to stroll or sit, and for children to play.
In Marmari there is a taxi station ( if arranged a taxi can pick you up from the house)
You can also rent a car making excursions to fabulous uncrowded beaches ( Aetos, Buros, A. Dimitrios) or to Dracospita, the prehistoric ruins)
You can also make a tour going to Styra ( a more cosmopolitan place), to Eretria ( an ancient city with museum) taking a ferry from these two places back to Athens, or going to Chalkida ( capital of Evia), passing the bridge and go to Athens by car.
