Marmari is a fishing village with port, easy to reach from Athens (20 min from Athens airport Venizelos, to the port of Rafina and 1 h vy ferry to Marmari.
The house is 900 meters from Marmari in an idyllic quiet place with villas and trees.

From the livingroom you have access to the front, fully west ,9X3 m2 veranda, where you have sunbath and an amazing view to the sea,a complex of 10 Petali islands, and idylic sunsets .
And dont forget that from this veranda you have also a perspective overview to the garden and jaccuzzi which by the solar panel lights and together with the city lights from the opposite cost (Attiki) creat a fantastic atmosphere for unforgetable romantic nights, by the moonlight reflecting to the sea.The balcony is also (27 m2) suitable for outdoor dinning
But if you are tired from the sun you can go to the north veranda,or to the rear,mountain view private garden, relaxing with a gold coffee under the shadow of trees.

The apartment has two fully equipped kitchens, looking to two balconies, one of which gas a private BBQ.
It has also two different entrances, independent from the other apartments.
There is also a shared garden with a pool, an open air sitting space, under a pergola with a bar, BBQ and tennis table.
The nearest beach to the house (5 min on foot) is 2 km long with clear crystal blue waters and sand, There you can:
Stay under the sun as well as under the shadow of the trees
Sit in the beach bar having drinds, shower and music,
Do not worry about children, the watres are not very deep.
Figias is the next beach uncrowded, with restaurant bar caffes a tavern in front of the water under fantastic platanos trees) 15 min on foot, 5 min by bicycle .
The village and port of Marmari (15 min on foot, 5 min by bicycle) has taverns, bars, super market, bakery, pharmacy, doctor.
Karystos is a small town, 10 km, 10 min by car or by bus with shops, taverns, bars, a travel agent for organizing excursions like to Dimosary gorge).It has sightseeings(2 Roman-Medieval Castles) museums, festivals.
Both Marmari and Karystos have pictoresque ports with many yatchs and fishing boats, street by the sea for pedestrians, ideal for adults to stroll or sit, and for children to play.
In Marmari there is a taxi station ( if arranged a taxi can pick you up from the house)
If you rent a car you can make excursions to fabulous uncrowded beaches (Aetos, Burow, A. Dimitrios) or to Dracospita, the prehistoric ruins.
Also you can make a tour going to Styra (a cosmopolitan place) to Eretria (an ancientcity with museum) going to Chalkida ( capital of Evia) pssing the bridge and go to Athens by car.
