In the long avenue of entry, you will breathe the scent of the majestic pines, characteristic of the ancient entrances to noble residences. The rural connotation is highlighted by the beauty of the external walls of the houses, completely covered in stone, an extension in symbiosis of the surrounding environment (similar to the Trulli of Salento, the so-called "pajare"). The living area develops around the two sides of the central courtyard, perfectly equipped for lunch, dinner or outdoor living (covered gazebo with 4 tables, chairs, sink, stone barbecue, shower cabin, cabin with washing machine). Given the conformation described, the house is particularly suitable for a group (families or friends), who want to enjoy their privacy by sharing the beautiful common areas, embraced by the surrounding countryside, in a simple and informal context, but truly characteristic of the Apulian land. At about 50 meters from the accommodation, in a very old villa, the discreet managers of the property live, who take care of the maintenance of the garden, to guarantee an excellent quality of the water in the pool and can be useful for requests or information. Generally, the pool is closed in the first ten days of November.
