From here you reach the hallway that leads to the 3 bedrooms (2 double and one with 2 single beds, which can be joined in double) and the bathroom, always equipped with a shower and toilet. Dafne has therefore maximum 7 beds. Next to it there is "Calypso". As for the other residences, the entrance leads into the living room / kitchen (present single bed), from which you get to the master bedroom or the full bathroom (there are 3 places to sleep in total). Finally, the two-room apartment "Euterpe" has a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with everything you need (2 beds). On the back, adjacent to the buildings just described, there are: 1 excellent studio apartment complete with double bed, kitchenette and beautiful bathroom and a bright bedroom with 2 singles (which can be joined if necessary) and bathroom equipped with shower and toilet. The estate has, in the built area, 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 5 equipped kitchens, for a total of 26 beds. All the houses are air-conditioned to protect themselves from the summer heat or to warm up in winter. The residence is embellished by a beautiful pool area, which stands between the cool olive grove and the rural buildings. The oval-shaped water mirror has a uniform depth of 1.5 meters. Of the solarium and relaxation areas, delimit the bricked part, in turn contained between a soft English lawn and the aforementioned olive grove. Often the deckchairs are positioned right in the trees, to enjoy the shade, in the quiet sunny days of Salento. Given the conformation described, the villa is particularly suitable for a group (families or friends), who want to enjoy their privacy by sharing the beautiful common areas, embraced by the surrounding countryside, in a simple and informal, but truly characteristic of the Apulien land. At about 50 meters from the accommodation, in a very old villa, the discrete owners of the property live, who take care of the maintenance of the garden, to ensure excellent water quality in the pool and can be useful for requests or information.
