The suite features its own private entrance and private patio and is completely independent from the villa.
The suite shares the extensive land plot of 2000sqm with the owners of the villa and has private and exclusive use of the BBQ area with outdoor 6-seater dining table.
The property is built in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by pine forests which extend down to the sea.
The large open-plan space of 100sqm, consists of a living room-kitchen area, 2 queen size beds (160*200cms) and 2 bathrooms.
The open plan living area/kitchen/dining area features:
* a large seating area with comfortable sofas, a flat 42’’ screen smart TV, an air-conditioning unit.
* A fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, plenty of cupboard space, kitchenware and crockery for easy preparation of meals.
