Layout
The ground floor, which extends on different levels with stairs, includes a large modern kitchen, an open-plan dining and living room with fireplace, a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, and a bathroom with shower and WC. (Lounge Aircon: Two aircon units at 7 Euros per unit per day).
The internal staircase lands on the upper level, which consists of three bedrooms, a studio,
a laundry room, and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is the master with an en-suite bathroom, the second is also a double, while the third is a twin one with a shared shower/Wc.
The studio consists of a large double bed, a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed, a basic kitchen, and an en-suite shower room.
The bedrooms enjoy small balconies that overlook the pool area and offer panoramic views of the surrounding hills and fields.
Pool and Terraces
In the outdoor area, which is adjoined by French doors with the dining and the living room, there is a private swimming pool, practically positioned to receive the maximum of the daily sunlight, with sunny and fully equipped terraces for sunbathing or relaxation, a charming BBQ and a marvelous dining establishment, for those ones who would wish to dine al fresco.
The Wild Flower also includes a basement, which is used exclusively by the cleaner for current needs. It also offers the convenience of private parking for 2 vehicles.
The Location
This charming villa is a stately, modern property with impressive spaces, furnishings, amenities, and tranquility, which compensate for its distance from the sea. Although a car is essential, however, it remains ideal for country walks, hiking or exploring the unspoiled countryside and the hills with exceptional views, while also staying close to local facilities, approximately 450 meters away from them.
