Floor Plan Description:
Immediately upon entering the home you'll notice the gorgeous vaulted ceilings and light and intricate carpentry work throughout the homes great room. This great room features an open Kitchen with a large center island with bar top seating for 4 and spacious live edge dinning table with seating for 6+. The Living Room is just off of this Kitchen space, and you'll find three comfortable leather recliner sofas, a 82inch Samsung QLED connected to a Sono sound system throughout the home. This spacious and open floor plan offers a great space for everyone in your party to get together, put your phones away, and enjoy each other! The large kitchen and island make cooking a breeze for the chef of the group. Combine those three features of the home and you're ready to entertain and enjoy your vacation. The home features 1 master wing, with King beds. The master suit also has a 70inch Smart TV with Sonos speakers and a large walk in closet. Two additional guest bedrooms with Queen Beds are located on the opposite side of the house, with the 4th bedroom currently set up as an office. The home also an extra bathroom with tub as well as a pool bath. The entire home is located on the ground level and easily accessible.
The home has an expansive outdoor area with plenty of pool seating in and out of the sun under the 22x10 covered loggia. Inside you'll find high end finishes including Stainless Steel GE kitchen appliances, frameless glass showers, Whirlpool equipped laundry room, hardwood flooring throughout except guest bedrooms, quartz countertops, , covered loggia, infinity pool, champagne spa.
Kitchen: Equipped with everything you would possibly need. Keurig, drip coffee maker, Electric teapot, Blender for all this tropical drinks, Microwave, toaster oven, etc. Loads of counter space.
Our home comes with all the household supplies you need for your stay. Coffee pods(Keurig & Nespresso), Dishing washer detergent, laundry detergent, soap, new sponges, shampoo/conditioner, garbage bags, cooler for the beach, beach bags. Pool floats.
WHAT TO SEE & DO IN PALMETTO: You may walk or bicycle to Emerson Point Preserve, a 365 acre preserve located at the tip of Snead Island in western Palmetto, a place where visitors can take in the beauty of Florida's wildlife. This park is usually sparsely occupied and it has a small beach.
SARASOTA, less than a 30 minute drive away, provides many Manhattan amenities, including the Sarasota Opera; the Ringling Mansion, Art Museum, School of Art, and Circus Museum which has old circus wooden wagons, and railroad cars. Downtown Sarasota offers numerous excellent restaurants, high end shopping and art galleries – more of these establishments may be found on St. Armand’s Key, just across the bridge over Sarasota Bay. Sarasota is also home to Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium, which is renown for rescuing marine mammals and turtles, as well as research and education regarding marine resources.
