Outside, the house offers a large furnished patio where you can gather at the end of a day of excursions in the area and enjoy a delicious barbecue at the outdoor dining table. Later, the best plan is to have a drink on the sofa and armchairs on the terrace and contemplate the wonderful starry sky that Sepúlveda has to offer.
The cosy three-storey townhouse has a modern style and all the necessary comforts to enjoy during your stay. On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room with Smart TV; the separate kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook during your holidays; and a toilet where you will also find the washing machine -there is also an iron and ironing board-. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the first with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, the second with twin beds and the last with a double bed. There is another bathroom with bathtub on this floor. The two extra guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room on the second floor, where you will also find a TV and a working area. We can provide a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating.
