Villa Saffo is a charming three-story villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 20 people. From Villa Saffo you will enjoy a thrilling view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Saffo is 650 square meters (7000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, a private garden, underfloor cooling (effect similar to air conditioning), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. This area is also equipped with small sofas and armchairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.
Garden
The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic awning. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the valley, of Casal di Pari and of the Amiata Mount at a distance and of the hills.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a shower. Here you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats.

The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are classic and welcoming.
