Situated right on the majestic Balinese coast, away from the Kuta's noise and Seminyak's crowds, is Villa Rosita, a deluxe beachfront villa that will leave you utterly mesmerized. Villa Rosita exudes luxury, and promises a magical experience for all.
Villa Rosita has six spacious bedrooms (each with an ensuite bathroom) and a 7th bedroom with twin adult sized bunk beds as well. It also has a private fifteen meter infinity pool, a large, lush garden, a private gym, a jacuzzi, and a huge patio that greets you with a dramatic open view of the sea.
The amenities all match the standards of the villa. We offer a chef on the premises for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (guests pay for meals - cost of ingredients + 20%). We can also easily arrange for personal trainers, yoga instructors, and masseuses (please reach out to inquire about prices). There are also housekeeping staff and a night security team included in the price.
So, enjoy meals with your private chef, work them off with your very own personal gym, and unwind in the evenings with a massage from your very own professional masseuse. Relax in the pool, or sample local delicacies in the outdoor dining area, or simply absorb the beauty of the majestic crashing waves right in front of you.

Pros
- All rooms have just great views, either magical views over the infinity pool to the ocean in the distance, or to the rear of the villa, there are great views of the central volcanoes of Bali. All rooms are similar quality and two can be set up as twins or doubles.
- Great Facilities. Group jacuzzi by the pool, and also a private one in the main bedroom. Pool bale with lounge and dining for up to 16 guests. Separate gym and games room building.
- All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, great views, and TV with library of 5000 movies.
- Very experienced in-villa chef (Wayan) providing restaurant quality meals for a fraction of the normal price as just groceries + 20%. Most guests just stay at the villa for their whole stay.
- Lots of space, with large beautiful gardens, two lounge areas and two dining areas in the villa itself as well as the media room lounge as well.
- Easy access - we are just under an hour from the airport, and it is dual carriage way almost the whole way, making almost all areas of Bali easily accessible.
- Great staff and service. Full housekeeping. Experienced English speaking manager can help you organise trips and tours or in-villa services such as massages, yoga etc.
Cons
- Tegal Besar (where Villa Rosita is located) is a small village, and so there are no bars, restaurants or shops within walking distance from the villa, but a car and driver are easily able to be arranged at short notice to get out and about.
- We are about 30 minutes drive from Ubud, Sanur and Candidasa (diving & snorkeling) so depending on your view either really conveniently located to explore many different areas, or 30 minutes away from some of Bali's main attractions.
- The beach at Tegal Besar is crashing waves and great views, but often not suitable for swimming or for kids to paddle in.
