Villa Mistral is an amazing 5 bedroom villa set in the outstanding surroundings of local vineyards, almond, olive and walnut trees. Although the village, with supermarket and taverna is just a 3 minute drive away, the villa is extremely secluded and private - giving you all the tranquility and solitude you need whilst still feeling connected to the world.
Situated midway between Paphos and Polis, Latchi beach is around a 20 minute drive while the award winning blue flag beaches of Corallia and Coral Bay are around a 25 minute drive. Latchi Harbour with its famous seafood restaurants is a must for fish lovers and the close by village of Kathikas, which is only around a 10 minute drive offers many traditional tavernas serving up mouth watering local cuisine.
Whilst unpretentious from the outside, the interior and grounds of Villa Mistral will astound. Set over one floor, the huge open plan living, dining and kitchen area is bright, modern and fresh. The lounge has very comfortable seating with large flat screen TV showing UK channels, the ultra-modern kitchen with stylish island/breakfast bar provides all the equipment you will need and the formal dining area can be host to many an evening dinner. The addition of the sun room at the end of the villa is surrounded by glass sliding doors, bringing the outside in and allows you to enjoy incredible panoramic views, To one side of the villa you will find the master bedroom, a double and twin bedroom. A further double and twin bedroom are on the opposite side of the villa, making it a great option for large families and groups. There is one en suite bathroom to the master bedroom and 2 family shower rooms.
Leading from the sun room through the vast glass doors, you will find yourself at the fabulous pool patio area where a visual feast awaits you. The panoramic views of the mountains and valleys are breathtaking, you will enjoy many relaxing hours around the large 10m x 6m private pool savouring the tranquility of nature in the freshest of air and where sunrise and sunset are special events. There is an outside seating area, dining table & chairs and bbq for al fresco dining and a games room with pool table and ping pong table for your added entertainment, for an added luxury you will find a fabulous inflatable hot tub (optional extra) positioned just perfectly overlooking the valleys and mountains beyond.
