Welcome to Villa Aera a spacious and contemporary villa near Paphos is beautifully furnished with quality fittings and is set in the most spectacular location among the vineyards. The villa is midway between Latchi and Paphos in the traditional village of Stroumbi. It is just 20 minutes to the blue flag beaches at Polis and Latchi and to the beaches at Coral Bay and a 10 minute drive to Minthis Hills golf course in Tsada. Secluded but not isolated this 5 bedroom villa is located in the rolling hills, surrounded by vineyards and is not overlooked by any neighbouring villas and yet is a short distance from Stroumbi village which has a good minimarket, several taverns and bank. There is a central, spacious living area with a modern, open-plan kitchen with island, a large dining area, and a curved leather sofa to relax and unwind. At one end of the huge room is a glass wall which allows incredible, panoramic views. The wall opens up onto the pool terrace and outdoor living areas. At one end of the house are two spacious bedrooms and a large shower room which also has a door leading to the pool area. At the other end are three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a super-king bed and a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and double ended bath and his & her sinks, there is a good size twin room and a double room. There is a pretty family bathroom with double ended bath and a shower attachment to taps.

The heated pool (up to 28°)is an additional charge of €45 per day we recommend to be heated two days before use. Hot tub (up to 38°) hire is available (6/7 person) at €35 per day minimum of 5 days hire with fresh water for each booking we recommend one day to per heat. Both can be paid for on arrival. Should central heating be required a fee of €35 per day is charged temperature set to 22°. We can recommend a car hire company who we use regularly, If airport transfers are required this can also be arranged.
A £350.00 damage/security deposit is required and will be returned within 7 days after check out.
