Set on three levels and consists of four air-conditioned bedrooms, sun terraces, and balconies, with facilities for sunbathing or relaxing while enjoying the view of Mount Pantokrator in the background. Ample space for a family or party of eight.
Layout
Two external staircases join the upper level with the lower floor, the pool terrace, and the self-contained basement.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the living-dining room cools by the northwest-facing balcony doors and the refreshing breeze.
Steps from the parking area alight on the main entrance's back terrace, opening onto a beautiful space with a living room, dining area, and a modern well equipped kitchen to the left-hand side. The living room's French doors lead onto a front balcony over the pool terrace, overlooking Mount Pantokrator and the traditional village of Korakiana, with comfortable sitting and dining facilities.
