FREE Wi-Fi.· Villa Genís is a perfect holiday home for a large family or for several families who want to enjoy their vacation together.· The house is located in the residential area town Sant Genís de Palafolls, near the Costa Brava beaches and towns (Blanes, Lloret, Tossa de Mar) and Barcelona north coast beaches and towns (Malgrat de Mar, Santa Susanna, Calella...).· The property has a garden of 1,300m² with a large pool of 10m x 5m, salt water, without chlorine, which is maintained throughout the year. Hammocks for sunbathing and resting. The gardener lives in a house located on the same terrain.· Next to the pool there is a new kitchen (released in 2019) and a large dining room 80m² , lunch or dinner all together outdoors.· The property has a charcoal barbecue to cook a good grilled meat.· There is a bathroom with shower next to the pool.· Inside the house there are 3 large independent homes, with 10 bedrooms and capacity up to 20 people*· Going up the external staircase (see photo) you can access the 3 homes. Two are located on the first floor and other one is located on the second floor.· The first home has 4 bedrooms with capacity for 8 people. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bedrooms with single beds and 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Living room with TV and terrace of 60m² with sea and mountain views. New kitchen equipped with appliances. 2 new bathrooms completely renovated recently.· The second and third homes each have 3 bedrooms with capacity for 6 people. 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with single beds. Large dining room with TV. Simple kitchen with appliances. 1 full bathroom in each apartment.· Free Wi-Fi Internet.· The house has no heating and there is no air conditioning. There are comforters and fans.· Car is necessary because the house is located in an urbanization and there is no public transport.· There is free outdoor parking inside or outside on the street in front of the property.· The house is located near the C-32 highway and well connected by road. Only 45 minutes from Barcelona city by car and 30 minutes from Girona city by car.· Only 20 minutes by car from the beaches of the towns of Blanes and Malgrat de Mar.· Within 10 minutes by car there are shops, outlet stores fashion brands, restaurants and supermarkets Palafolls town.· The 2 airports near the house are Girona-Costa Brava airport (30 minutes away by car) and Barcelona-El Prat airport (1 hour away by car).Use of the Barbecue: The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months due to the risk of fire.Come and enjoy your vacation!Guests have to respect the property rules and, especially, don't make noise at night so as not to disturb the neighbors..
