This room has 1 king bed and optional 3 mattresses on the floor. It is located on the second floor of the villa and has beautiful back views to of the forest.

This room faces the gorgeous views of both the valley and the forest. It has 1 full bed and 2 optional single mattresses.
4 Northern Splendor
This room has 2 windows with views of the forest. It has 1 twin bed and 2 more optional single mattresses on the floor.
5 Dorm Nirvana
A vast open space, fully heated, with a king and two queen beds, offering extra, comfortable sleeping arrangements with separate toilets for the entire floor.
Also featuring: Extra 6 single mattresses and 15 yoga mats are available for a customizable sleeping experience.
The ground floor has French doors that leads to a patio, garden, and fire pit, perfect for relaxation and fun.
Living Room Luxury
The Villa's sunken living room with the high ceilings and stunning southern views of Oley Valley's farmlands and mountains, is warmed by a robust wood stove in cold days, ensuring a cozy and scenic gathering space. In hot days enjoy a cooling air condition throughout the entire villa. For your convenience, there is a 48" TV that can work with Android devices.
Gourmet Kitchen
Fully equipped for culinary adventures, our kitchen includes all essentials for both simple and elaborate meals. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the deck grill.
We have a professional pizza oven for home (Ooni), which works on propane. Ask us in advance if you wish to use it.

Revel in the scenic vistas from our deck, featuring an outdoor table, chairs, propane heaters, and a grill for perfect gatherings and unforgettable moment. Watching the sunrise on the deck with your morning coffee or tea is highly recommended, in any season.
Glamping Adventure:
Enjoy a 25% discount on our "Secluded Glamping in Oley Valley" tent, a perfect mix of nature and comfort. The tent is located at the bottom of the property and is very secluded.
Native Indian Tipi experience:
Our 24 foot tipi tent is ideal for both sleeping and family and other gatherings. It can accommodate up to 18 sleepers or 25 seated guests around the cozy fire. The tipi is a small portion of our 20 acre property. It is a common area which can be used by: our guests from the villa (You!), the guests from the secluded Glamping tent down the hill (mentioned above - different listing), guests who come to volunteer at the farm, or guests who come for other activities at the farm. To secure the use of the tipi tent is an additional $100 per night (6 pm to 10 am). Restrooms for this tent can be found either at the bottom of the hill or at the villa. Neither is more than 2 minutes walk from the tipi.
Wood Supply
Bring your own wood, or ask us to supply it for you. A bundle is $15. If you bring your own wood to use in the villa's living room make sure the logs are shorter than 16 inches and are not wider than 7 inches in diameter to fit in the wood stove.
Propane
For your convenience, our property is equipped with various propane-fueled devices, including outdoor heaters, grills, pizza ovens, and additional Tipi heaters.
Should you prefer to bring your own propane tanks, please feel free to do so and utilize any of the available devices. Alternatively, we offer the option to use our propane tanks with usage-based payment. At the end of your stay we will measure the amount of propane consumed using a precise gauge and calculate the fee per your usage (between $5 to $30 /tank of 20 lbs.).
Laundry
The laundry room is in the basement and it has a washer, drier, hanger, folding table, sink and restrooms.
Respectful Boundaries
We kindly ask guests to respect property lines and not venture into neighboring woods, except for the wood area behind the house, which is part of our property.
Pet Paradise
We warmly welcome your furry friends. Please ensure they respect our farm animals and keep off the beds and sofas inside the house. Pet should NOT go inside the tipi tent. To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our home, fields, and yard for everyone, we kindly request that you clean up after your pets. Please ensure that any pet waste is promptly collected and disposed of in the designated garbage bins located down the hill.

Choose to immerse yourself further by opting to feed our animals, or if you prefer a more relaxed visit, a member of our family will happily take care of it once a day. Exploring the Grounds
Walk along our scenic paths throughout the property. Please avoid driving on the dirt roads with any vehicles, unless there is a need to move heavy equipment from one place to another. Please communicate with the host if you wish to drive on the dirt paths.
Departure Reminders
Please secure the property by closing all windows and doors, and help us by disposing of your garbage at the property entrance.

Reserving the villa grants you access to the entire property, except for areas occupied by other travelers. As mentioned above, our property features a serene Glamping tent experience at the hill's southern-west base, perfect for connecting with nature. The host may also be present in a camper nearby at the bottom of the hill. Your privacy is paramount; the villa is exclusively yours, and we ensure no disturbance.
Shared amenities like the Tipi tent and restrooms enhance the communal feel, with the option to reserve the Tipi tent for private use, as mentioned above, ensuring an undisturbed and tranquil stay.
