The U District Light Rail Station is just a 12-minute walk (or a quick 5–10 minute drive), with direct connections to SeaTac Airport, Capitol Hill, downtown, Lumen Field, and T-Mobile Park. Noise - The house is over 100 years old and has some squeaks when working on the floor.
Parties or any form of noisy gathering are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are after 10 PM. If guests violate the rules and our neighbors complain, the reservation will be canceled immediately, and the security deposit will be forfeited.
