This luxury villa is part of the Helios Villas set in the lovely town of Koropi, Pelion in the Thessaly region of Greece. This 2 storey property is a detached villa, set in a tranquil area and comes complete with top quality furniture throughout. The views of the surrounding countryside are amazing and can be appreciated from the roof terrace.
The villa has 107.75 sq m of living space and the ground floor comprises an open plan lounge with dining area, a kitchen fitted with all electrical appliances a guest toilet and a store room. Timber stairs lead to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a veranda, a family bathroom and a storage room.The lounge has an open fireplace (fan assisted) and there are air conditioning units in the lounge and the bedrooms with an infrastructure in place to install central heating. The water is heated by a solar system and if necessary there is an electric booster.
The villa is designed to the traditional Pelion style with its signature stone roof, window features, stonework and colourful rendered external walls. It incorporates all modern state-of-the-art building methods including earthquake resistance, solar water heating (with electric booster), central electrics control panel, piping for future central heating radiators, air conditioning inverter units (hot and cold air), fan assisted chimney to open fire, double-glazed windows throughout and shutters to most windows.
The main gate is electrically operated and leads onto 400 sq m of grounds with a parking area for 2 vehicles. The grounds feature a good sized lawn with irrigation system and a patio area with furniture for al fresco dining. The location is peaceful and idyllic with an abundance of birds including nightingales and bee-eaters. The quiet beach is 2 mins away and 10 mins will take you to the olive groves and the shops including supermarket, butcher and bakery.
The larger town of Kala Nera is a 20 min walk and has fabulous facilities that include tavernas, cafes and a great variety of shops. There are also many attractions in the area including Milies with its charming train trips, Visitsa with its historic mansions, Pinakates and Afissos with boat trips available to explore the Gulf.
This fabulous villa is set in a beautiful area for permanent living or for a holiday home with attractions for all ages. The villa is within easy commuting distance of Volos and is also ideal for letting as a holiday destination and has been let for 650 euro per week.
