To'a Hotu estate is a unique place in Tahiti: between a lush forest and a private seafront. Completely renovated in 2023, the villa spans 300 sqm and 200 sqm of covered terrace. With 6 air-conditioned bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate from 6 to 15 guests.
This exceptional, family-friendly property is tucked away in the heart of a 2-hectare forest, on land stretching from the seafront to the top of the mountain at an altitude of 90m. Accessible via a private road on the mountainside, this extraordinary sunset-facing furnished holiday rental is the ideal shelter for secluding yourself in the heart of nature, rejuvenating and celebrating with loved ones, all away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while enjoying a breathtaking 220° panoramic view.
Decorated with care, this vacation rental is composed as follows :
❖ Ground floor:
- The fully equipped open kitchen for 15 people,
- A large living room with convertible sofa, smart TV, all with sea view and open onto 2 terraces,
- Two covered terraces totaling 93 sqm, one of which offers a dining area, the second for the lounge area is equipped with sofas; the backyard opens onto a fishpond,
- Bedroom 1: air-conditioned, accessible for PRM, with a king bed, a single bed and en-suite bathroom with wall-hung toilet and Italian shower.
- Bedroom 2: a queen bed and one single bed, with private bathroom with WC and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 3: a king bed, a private bathroom with toilet and shower tray.
- A separate toilet with hand-washer for disabled access.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, additional fridge/freezer.
The ground floor of the villa can accommodate 8 people.
❖ Level -1:
- Bedroom 4: a king bed and a single bed and its en-suite bathroom with WC and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 5: a king bed and en-suite bathroom with WC and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 6: Multi-purpose room with 2 convertible sofas + TV and board games.
- Separate bathroom with WC and walk-in shower.
- 2 terraces: a 22 sqm covered terrace with garden furniture + a 130 sqm uncovered terrace by the pool,
- A large double-pool equipped with pool bar and “fare pote”, gas BBQ.
This level of the villa can accommodate 7 people.
Below, on the other side of the road, the plot features a 600 sqm seafront with a private pontoon and secure premises (kayaks and barbecue available) within walking distance of the villa. A service provider will soon be able to offer a wide range of water sports activities.
