Location: 12kms drive to Morayfield Shopping Precinct and Railway Station, 50kms North of the Airport and 1hour to our beautiful Sunshine Coast Beaches and the world-famous Australia Zoo.

Expansive four-bedroom home, all with split systems air conditioning. Two with king-size beds and two with twin beds in each, two bathrooms – study nook – two living areas that share a double-sided Combustion fireplace with plenty of wood supplied.

All nightly rates are based on a standard eight people stay. However, we will cater to your needs and help make your special occasion a fantastic experience!

We recommend all guests arrive before sunset to avoid those country road dusk Kangaroos + comfortably gain entry to the property.

• Check-in at 2 pm

• Check-out at 10 am (Thanks! Caretaker will be there around 10 as has time-limited to get the Manor ready if new guests arrive that day)

• If booking 6+nights welcome to request mid-stay caretaker service - for a refreshing fluff & clean & fresh linens optional with a cleaning fee

• Security Bond: covers property damage + incidentals. You will be contacted to provide card details.

House Rules
No parties or events unless otherwise authorized by the host
* Non-smoking property - $90 cleaning fee deducted from the bond if caretakers find smoke butts around house

If you use the barbecue, don't forget to clean it
Any loss or damage to guest property during the rental period is not the responsibility of the owners
