Deep in the heart of Rosedale and situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty this spacious converted two story Yorkshire stone barn sleeps ten guests, ideal for the whole family to get together or for friends to spend time reconnecting in a beautiful and unspoilt part of Yorkshire.
Located just outside of the wonderful village of Rosedale, the Haybarn is surrounded by the spectacular and uninterrupted landscape of the fabulous North York Moors national park. Step outside the front door to enjoy the expansive and unspoilt countryside, take in the local history and sights of Bank Top Kilns and the fantastic walks around Blakey Ridge. Located within close reach of Pickering and Kirbymoorside and the stunning North Yorkshire coastal towns the Haybarn is the perfect location to enjoy all that this delightful area of Yorkshire has to offer.
The spacious and well appointed sitting room with exposed beams and a roaring wood burning stove offers comfort and space to share time together. Adjacent to the sitting room you will find a further snug equipped with a Nintendo switch, DVD player and Smart television allowing some separate space for games and entertainment. The open-plan double aspect kitchen and dining area has ample space for everyone to eat and entertain together. There are two ground floor double en suite bedrooms and an additional downstairs family bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor there is a shower room and two further double bedrooms and a fifth bedroom with en suite. The view from the bedroom windows overlooking the patio and paddock provide spectacular views over the surrounding countryside.
Step outside the Haybarn to enjoy the fantastic Yorkshire countryside and relax in the patio with a barbecue and outdoor seating for all to enjoy. Surrounded with mature flower beds and fragrant plants enjoy the superb views during the day and the most fantastic spectacle at sunset and the sky at night, the star gazers will be delighted! During the warmer months, guests will have access to the paddock that leads down from the patio area ( please be aware this may not always be accessible and children should always be supervised).
Haybarn can be booked together with Stable Cottage to accommodate 15 guests in total.
