Traveling to this area for work and need a comfortable home-away-from-home? Relax and enjoy this stylish home: a pristine 2BR/1BA house decorated in a theme of TEXAS RANCH. One bedroom has a comfortable pillow-top queen bed and black out curtains to enhance solitude while sleeping. The second bedroom is furnished as a dedicated work space/office but also has a sofa bed with memory foam topper for additional sleeping space. Weekly/monthly discounts available for longer stays!
The Space:
The home is the right side of a duplex. The front door leads into the open concept living area/kitchen/dining area. The two bedrooms and full bath are just a step off the main living area. Each bedroom has its own smart TV loaded with all the streaming apps.
Guest Access:
All areas of the home and yard are accessible to guests
The Neighborhood:
A quiet dead-end residential driveway in north Nederland (Central Garden). The drive ends in a fence which backs up to the canal where you will occasionally see cows wandering by.
Getting Around:
You’ll really need your own vehicle. Ride share is available but service is spotty.

BR2/OFFICE: for longer-term guests that require a second queen bed, I will be happy to replace the sofa bed with a queen size bed with one week’s notice.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, please make your request for early check-in before 10am. Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If approved, there will be an additional $35 fee.
LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS: Late check out requests up to 2pm can only be accommodated with prior notification so that I can book my professional cleaning team accordingly. Requests must be made before 5:00 pm the day before check-out. There will be an additional $35 fee (if approved). Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If you are late checking out without approval, then there will be an additional $75 fee for checking out late. For a departure after 2pm, a full 1 night charge is added.
