Welcome to 1377 Sandcastle, where every space is designed with your comfort in mind. The living room is a spacious and inviting area, perfect for gathering with loved ones. It's equipped with a large TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the tools you need to create culinary masterpieces. The dining area is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and offers a comfortable space for enjoying meals together. The primary bedroom is a private sanctuary, featuring a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms offer queen-size beds and comfortable furnishings. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with its full over full bunk bed (capable of sleeping 4 children). The two bathrooms are well-appointed with all the essentials. This property is located just a short bike ride to many of Sanibel's beaches as well as less than 5 minutes causeway access for those wanting to skip traffic lines during high season. For those groups of guests that desire pool access, guest memberships are available for those staying at this property, inquire with The Dunes for more information on pricing. As of 2023 the price for a non-resident family/group membership was approximately $400 monthly and included access to the community pool, among other privileges.
