The living room includes a sectional sofa with chaise lounge and swivel barrel chairs to easily view the large flat screen TV or San Carlos Bay via the expansive sliding glass doors. The adjacent dining room includes a credenza and large dining table with seating for up to 12 guests. Find additional seating at the large quartz top kitchen island. The kitchen with its tile backsplash, tray ceiling, under cabinet lighting and quartz countertops is as beautiful as it is functional. It includes ample cabinet storage space, a large European sink with garbage disposal, dishwasher, oven and microwave, 5-burner glass-top range, double door refrigerator, pull-out freezer drawer with icemaker, and utensils to create full course meals. Additionally find a coffee and tea bar with a dual full size coffee pot and individual serving Keurig and complimentary starter coffee, tea and sweetener options.
Beyond this living space, exit onto the large screened in front porch with ample lounge seating. Relax here any time of day, sip your coffee or wine from the sofa, oversized chairs or daybed and enjoy the gorgeous views of the bay and Fort Myers Beach across the way.
