Find comfort in staying in a safe & quite neighborhood in the heart of the Southbay. The spacious & cozy home location gives you quick access to the 405 Freeway & is 6 miles from the LAX airport. Distance from major attractions can be found in the "Getting Around" section. We really try to make your experience a great one by welcoming you to a very clean, fully equipped, and well-kept space. Perfect for business travelers, families, and tourists.
The space is a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house.
There are two units on the property. This is the front house.
As you enter, the spacious living room welcomes you with comfy couches, ceiling fan, and A.C. & Heating Unit. A TV with streaming apps. for your entertainment.
The Kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals with basic cooking essentials such as full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker.
Guests continuously leave positive reviews about the comfort of the beds. The first bedroom includes a King size bed. Where you can also find an iron & ironing board.
The second bedroom includes a bunkbed with a QUEEN size bed on the bottom bunk and FULL size bed on top! Great for families.
Weight limit for the top bunk is 200 lbs.
We provide a thorough cleaning in-between each guests stay, following Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process which always includes clean linens, blankets & towels.
The washer and dryer room is a shared space and includes the basic supplies you’ll need.
The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The driveway is shared. The washer and dryer are shared.
Please respect the privacy of the guests in the rear guest house.
House Rules
Please be respectful and mindful that each rule was added due to past experiences.
Please do not disturb the guests in the rear unit. In order to respect the privacy of the guests in the rear unit, the backyard is not a shared space.
The laundry room is shared. Be mindful if using the washer/dryer and keep the joining door closed for privacy reasons.
Please be respectful of the neighbors and guests in the rear unit and keep the noise down after 9pm.
No additional overnight guests.
The entire property is a smoke - free zone.
The neighborhood is quiet, and neighbors are vigilant. They will report any illegal activities, excessive noise, parties or gatherings to the cops.
This can result in immediate eviction without a refund and a possible fine.
No one under the age of 18 to be left on premises unaccompanied by an adult.
Must be responsive to messaging on this app or by phone.
Beach essentials such as beach towels, beach umbrella, beach toys for kids can be provided upon request. White bath towels are not to be used at the beach.
If you're visiting the beach, please use the water hose in front of the house and rinse in the grass before entering the house.
Please notify us is something isn't working, something is missing, you notice a leak, or if you see any pests.
Please notify us ASAP if there is a leak or a large spill so it can be taken care of immediately to avoid water damage and mold growth.
Please be sure to close and lock all windows/doors and turn off electronic devices when leaving, including the A.C. / Heater.
Toilet paper should be the only thing flushed down the toilet. A fee may be charged for needed repairs.
Do not dye your hair on the premises. No glitter.
Use black towels to remove makeup.
Due to the fire hazard, we ask that you refrain from burning candles and/ or incense.
Please do not leave your trash and food behind. There are large trash bins on the right side of the house, black for trash and blue for recyclables. We often have back-to-back bookings and in order to be sure the next guest has the same opportunity you did to enjoy the space, we ask that you treat the house as though it was your own.
