Retreat into the lake life enjoying a pontoon (included in the stay during the season), brand new aluminum dock, paddle boat, adult kayaks, sandy beach, charcoal grill, and a separate outside sitting and dining area on the All Sports spring fed 142 acre Bristol Lake. Bristol lake is known for it's excellent fishing, whether it is summer or winter. It is a beautiful, calming and peaceful lake that will leave you refreshed and revived (though departing may be bitter-sweet).
Pontoon or boat rentals can cost at a minimum $100/4 hours, or $200/day or more. Our pontoon is included in the nightly price, and you have 24 hour access to it during your stay.
Living Room:
-You are welcomed into an inviting, open spaced kitchen and living area.
-Large butcher block island intertwines the kitchen and family room making it easy to gather and enjoy each other's company.
-The living area has a large mirror facing the large front window of the lake providing views from almost anywhere in the area.
-One full size sofa, love seat, and two chairs to easily accommodate 6 guests
-The hardwood floors flow throughout the main floor with stairs leading to the two bedrooms on the second floor.
Kitchen:
-Enjoy the views through the kitchen window facing the lake while you are prepping and cooking a homemade meal on the quartz kitchen counters.
-Kitchen is equipped with all of your basic necessities and more, including but not limited to: glass and plastic dinnerware, utensils, and glasses, mixing bowls, baking dishes of different sizes, grill accessories, small grill/waffle maker, blender, wine glasses, and pitchers
-Coffee Maker with option of drip style or individual cup
-French press
-Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, instant oatmeal, and other snacks included
Laundry/Side Entrance:
-Laundry room is located in the back of the home off of the side door
-Includes full size washer and dryer with a large wood table on top making it easy to fold clothes
-Beach towels are located in basket
-Small Vacuum and mop located near the door in case you need clean up any spills
-Fishing poles and outside fold up chairs are located next to furnace and storage cabinet
Bathroom:
-Located off the small hallway on the main floor has everything you need for your stay including: towels, blow dryer, samples of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion.
-Choose to bathe in the large soaking tub or enjoy the rain shower-head instead.
Master Bedroom:
-Master Bedroom has a queen size bed with views of the lake.
-Room to put suitcases underneath bed or in closet.
-Room for a pack n'play.
-Desk with chair to either use as a work station or vanity
-Smart TV, fan, alarm clock with sound machine, and USB ports included.
Second Bedroom:
-Across from the Master bedroom
-Includes two queen size beds
-Room to put suitcases underneath bed or in closet.
-Smart TV, fan, alarm clock with sound machine, and USB ports included.
Outside Areas:
With 50 feet of water frontage, you have plenty of space to have fun outside! The shed is not accessible to guests, but is not needed either since you have everything you need inside and outside the home!
-Water spout to wash off feet before entering home is located a couple of steps from the side entrance.
-Side deck with two lounging chairs are located conveniently off the side entrance that provides privacy and a view.
-6 person dining table sits in the shade behind the shed.
-Charcoal grill is located next to the dining table. Charcoal is not included, but can be purchased minutes away at either the Banfield General store, Dollar General, or gas station.
-Fire pit with firewood included sits just behind the beach area where you can enjoy campfires with a view. Fold up chairs with bags are located inside the home in laundry room.
Extras:
-Two adult kayaks with paddles hang on the back side of the shed. (second one will be arriving when pontoon is in)
-Five-person paddle boat sits up on the grass to the side of the dock, making it easy to push in and out of the lake.
Pontoon:
-19 feet in length and there is plenty of seating for all 6 people.
-Choose to either lounge or play a game of cards at the table.
-A platform and ladder are on the back of boat.
-Awning can go up or down.
-Equipped with AM/FM radio, Cd player, and auxiliary input. Guest is responsible to supply auxiliary cable and CDs.
*Enjoy finding a spot to swim, just don't forget to drop the anchor. There is a rope to tie this to the side of the boat.
Bristol Lake:
-A quiet peaceful lake making it easy to fish and swim in many different areas of the lake.
-142 acre All Sports lake with approximately 40 feet deep at its' deepest point.
-Expect to catch a variety of fish including Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Rock Bass, Walleye, Black Crappie, Sunfish, and Grass Pickerel.

The home is located on a private drive that is not paved. It is important to drive very slow due to the bumps, children, dogs, and families at play. It is a one way drive where only one car can fit down the road at a time, however there are multiple areas to pull over to allow one car to pass through.
The private drive separates the front of the home and the yard/lake access. Please use caution before crossing the street.
Parking is uncovered and outside the front of the home.
Children and infants are welcomed in our home, but it is not childproofed and children must be supervised by an adult at all times whether inside or outside of the home.
The dock is only to be used to either fish or to get on and off the boat. It is not an area to play. There is not a ladder to get back on the dock, so it is recommended if swimming to swim from land or take the boat out and find a spot to swim. All children must have a life jacket on at all times if on the dock, pontoon, or paddle boat per Michigan laws.
Per Michigan laws all children under 6 years of age must wear a USCG approved Type 1 or Type II life jacket when riding on the boat.

The pontoon is only included and available during in season, early/mid April to end of October/early November.
