Located in the ground floor of SEA RIA building this independent 2 bedroom apartment was recently renovated to offer modern comfort and energy efficiency without loosing the 70 s charm of this late modernism architecture/decor.

This 2 bedroom apartment has all its divisions served with of natural light and views to Aveiro s Lagoon (Ria de Aveiro) from the bedroom windows!
1 of the bedroom has a double beds and 1 has a bunk bed, all have air conditioning, electric blinds, towels and linens. There is the possibility to add cribs.
There is 1 bathroom with shower and we offer hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and Professional hairdryer. And also a toilet room.
The kitchen has all the kitchenware (by Costa Nova®) and induction plate, microwave, oven, smeg® refrigerator, coffee machine, juice machine, blender and others...
Connected to the building there is a laundromat with washing and drying machines at your disposal for very low prices (a special card is given to offer discounts).
The dining and living room offers the possibility to join all together! And has a sofa bed.
There is excellent Wi-fi signal in all the apartment and the smart tv in the living room offer the possibility to share contents from your mobile phones, navigate the internet or use services like Netflix®.
The patio can also be use for outdoor time with available furniture set.
All the decor, furniture and appliances where thought to give you clean and fresh environment and to make you feel @ home!

n Costa Nova, everything is in short walking distance... even the lighthouse in the beach close to us, Barra, is in a walking distance with a very nice walking path...
To reach Aveiro or other locations you can easily get the bus 20 meteres away from our place, call a taxi, rent a car or bicycle(great way to discover our region… lots of bike paths!) or just book with us a private tour!
