"Can Cargol" is a stone house with character, owned by Juan Cargol, without interior stairs, and with 82 m2 of living space and 80 m2 of garden and swimming pool
The house is composed of a spacious, bright and cozy 32 m2 living room with a fireplace and a dining space, it has a convertible sofa that can be used by a third guest. It communicates with a large open-plan kitchen with an island and a terrace equipped with a summer lounge to enjoy the freshness of the mornings at breakfast, and the tranquility of the sunset with aperitifs, or also savor moments of rest. The bedroom with a relaxing atmosphere, is equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe, with sheets available to guests, and has direct access to the terrace. A complete bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and a built-in shower, a toilet and furniture with 2 sinks, is equipped with a hairdryer and a set of towels.
Its 80 m2 garden has a terrace that communicates directly with the kitchen, and is prepared and equipped to enjoy meals outdoors, among flowers, cypress and olive trees. A barbecue allows roasts outside.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts for short, medium or long-term stays. Includes oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, juicer, toaster, etc. and washing machine
