Charming stone house in Portocolom with magnificent salty swimming pool. It can comfortably accommodate 12 people.
The outdoor area of this accommodation is dreamy. You will have access to a 13x6.5m salty swimming pool with a depth ranging from 0.5m to 2m. Children will have fun playing in the garden or on the swing. This property features 1 outdoor bathroom next to the pool, 14 sun loungers, 1 table tennis and 1 barbecue, where you will be able to prepare delicious meals. Behind the pool there is 1 furnished porch (56 m2), where you can enjoy al-fresco dining with your loved ones. The second porch (30 m2) is a lovely corner to read a book and is situated at the rear of the house. Furthermore, there are 3 unfurnished terraces on the first floor.
This 400 m2 house offers accommodation on 3 floors and 2 buildings. 5 bedrooms without A/C, 2 kitchens, the living-dining area and 3 bathrooms are situated in the main house. 1 bedroom with double bed and in suite bathroom lies on the GF, the others on the 1F (3 with double bed each and one of them with in suite bath and the 4th room with 2 twin beds). The last bedroom, with double bed, A/C and in suite bath is located in the second building. Both houses are separated by a small passage (to reach the second building, you have to leave the main house). We can supply 2 cots upon request. Apart of the 3 in suite bathrooms, you will find 1 shower bathroom on the 1F and 1 washroom on the GF, both in the main house, and 1 outdoor bath next to the pool.
The cozy living room and the dining room area is the ideal place to share long table-talks with your friends. The main house features 2 kitchens, a big one with ceramic hob and a smaller one with gas stove. There, you will find everything you need to cook up a feast. Furthermore, there's a washer, an iron and an ironing board.
This villa is located near the tourist area of Portocolom. At the harbour, you can watch the "llaüts", small fishermen's boats. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to Cala Millor, where you can enjoy a nice day with your kids in the safari-zoo. A nice boat trip with the famous boat "Starfish" along the east coast is a unforgettable experience and shows you virgin bays like Cala Estreta or Cala Mitjana. If what you want is practise the perfect swing, Vall d'Or golf course is just a short drive from the property. In Portocolom you can rent bicycles, practise watersports, enjoy nightlife or have a nice dinner in a typical restaurant.
