* A tropical beach front cottage located in a quiet and secluded cove perfect for travelers & couples who want to enjoy being close with the nature and still away from the crowd. Your dream tropical paradise is here; a few steps to the beach, views of one of the tallest mountains in Palawan, panoramic ocean view right from your room, stunning sunsets, the sounds of nature, the sea life, and the wild life to discover once you get here. A perfect place to relax, to experience and to get lost!
* We designed our beach cottage to be a relaxing abode for travelers who want to experience a real, tropical vibe with modern amenities. It is beautifully furnished with a combination of natural materials and cute little things to make your stay feel special and unique. The whole cottage is finished with real hardwood all around as well as the flooring. Our wooden platform bed is handmade by our local carpenters complete with a comfortable mattress and soft linens. En suite is a cozy bathroom with a hot shower using solar heater and a tub to relax in when nights are warmer. Our private kitchen is just a few steps down the hill where you can enjoy watching the locals fishing while sitting on the balcony, waiting for your meal to be served. We purposely designed our kitchen to be a place for eating with a view and for hanging out when a break from the beach is in order. Our kitchen has a fridge, oven and coffee maker. Our construction meets modern standards with a tropical, rustic and vintage design situated on a hill with panoramic view of the ocean.
* Our property is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and tall trees, where birds and other wildlife live. Enjoy our private white powdery beach just a few steps down along with a small open cabana, swing bed and a picnic table. Hiking, motorbike riding, snorkeling, beach cove hopping and camp fire grilling at supper are some of the fun activities you can do here. Swim at the beach to your hearts content where sparkling, clean water is so inviting, it is hard to resist. Our place is so exotic and peaceful, a nature lovers paradise. A perfect private getaway!
* We only accept ONE BOOKING AT A TIME so you can fully enjoy your vacation without other tourists/ guests around during your stay. We have very few specific trusted drivers who know our location, and the last 1&1/2 hours travel is over undeveloped, unmarked roads without easily identifiable landmarks which at times due to weather conditions become nearly impassable. It’s part of the adventure.
* Our property is located on 2+ hectares with a 60 meter beach front. Beyond our property to the south end of the cove, a couple hundred meters of beach front, there are no other residents. On the north end there is only one local neighbor. You can access both fishing villages by walking or by riding our boat. If you like to hike, go further up our hill and enjoy the mountain and ocean views. The villages beyond are accessible by motorcycle and along the way have some breathtaking ocean views.
* Our caretakers are available if there is an urgent need and our staff is available to assist with setting up tours or airport transportation with notice. We do a daily cleaning but if you want privacy, please let my staff know when to show up to clean. We provide complimentary toiletries and can bring extras if necessary. Laundry service can also be arranged, please let us know if you plan to utilize this service ahead of time so we can be sure to have staff on schedule. Our staff can also make a day trip to Roxas or Taytay if you have a specific item you want them to buy for you, just pay them an extra tip for their time and for the motorcycle gas they will use for the trip. If something is lacking, have concerns please ask so that they can address it in a timely fashion. We want to be sure that you have a great experience in our piece of paradise. We can arrange a shuttle service ahead of time upon request. The driver can make a quick stop at malls around the city for your groceries if you want to bring specific items, just let him know right away. Please note: the van transfer is not part of our business. Whatever you pay the driver, he takes it for his own. We only arrange his service for you. But rest assured, we trust him and have been hiring him for years.

The driver can make a quick stop at malls around the city for grocery shopping, just let him know right away.

* All other amenities in the property are for our guests use as part of their accommodation package.
* We are located in a very remote part of Palawan island where everything is not easily accessible.
* NO BANKS/ATM'S nearby, so please bring enough cash with you before you check in.
* NO GROCERY STORES nearby, so make sure you buy all specific items (distilled water, bug spray, snacks, etc) you want to take with you to the cove before heading out.
* All outdoor activities may be cancelled due to weather conditions ( sudden rough seas and typhoons occur between the months of May- January).
Tourist Places you can visit in the Island of Palawan
* San Vicente is a tourist spot noted for its Long Beach, 1 & 1/2 hour drive south from our property, about 3 hours by boat (but would require larger boat rental from SV to come out and pick you up-gets pricey).
* Port Barton is another tourist spot about 2 hours drive south from here.
* Roxas is 2 & 1/2 hours south and Taytay and its old Spanish Fort is under 2 hours north. These two towns offer similar basic grocery shopping.
* El Nido is about a 2-1/2 hr dr. It is where most tourists go when they visit Palawan. It’s a beautiful place but is fast becoming overcrowded with tourists. Best advice is rent a boat there in the morning for guided island hopping tour.
