Located just five blocks from the famous Graffiti Bridge in beautiful East Hill in Pensacola, this newly constructed home is the perfect spot for your next business trip or family weekend getaway. Enjoy everything the city of Pensacola has to offer while being only a short 15 minute drive to the sugar white sands and emerald water of Pensacola Beach. Enjoy all of the old oak trees and parks in historic East Hill, one of the most desired neighborhoods in town. It is a very short drive to the heart of downtown where you will love all of the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and retail stores. You can't beat the central, convenient location.
This beautiful, modern home was built in 2019. The gorgeous full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. With quartz counters, stainless appliances, and high end finishes any family chef would be comfortable here. The bright kitchen overlooks the living room and large smart TV. There is also a designated home office nook just off the main living area. A dining area and half bath are also on the first floor. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms and the laundry closet. The primary suite has a large smart TV, private balcony, and beautiful bathroom with a tile walk in shower. The other two bedrooms are down the hall and both feature mounted smart TVs. They share a hallway full bath with a tub/shower combo.
The home is located on Cervantes St which a main thoroughfare in Pensacola. There is a shared driveway on the back side of the home with a one car garage for smaller vehicles and driveway parking for another vehicle. The back yard is partially fenced in with a privacy fence that surrounds a seating area with a fire table, dartboard, and corn hole. There is also a propane grill on the back patio just off the dining area. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee or late night talks. There is also a balcony off the primary bedroom that overlooks the front yard.
Bring your furry pups along on your trip since it is also dog friendly. There is a non refundable $100 pet fee for each dog. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. We reserve the right to restrict size and/or quantities of dogs. Any dogs on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay.
