Welcome to our happy place! A brand new, beautifully designed 4-bedroom waterfront home in Lakeland, ideally located between Orlando and Tampa.
Whether you have a busy vacation schedule or want to spend some relaxing time at home, this house has everything you need to enjoy family time with stunning views of the natural surroundings. Enjoy an afternoon BBQ or have a fun night playing pool, ping pong, or board games. Take advantage of our fully equipped kitchen and open living room area.
Our newly built one-story house has four spacious bedrooms and an ample living room area. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a dresser, and an electric chimney. Two bedrooms each provide a queen bed, closet, and night tables. The third room offers a twin over full bunk bed. The twin bunk bed can only be used by kids that don't exceed 180 pounds. The room has a night light that emulates space for the kids' enjoyment.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat, and a working space.
We love board games! So you will find a lot of options to play! We also offer ping pong and a pool table with everything you need for a fantastic game night.
You will have a 65 inches Samsung Smart TV in the living room with free access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Samsung TV plus. Other streaming apps such as HBO Max, Paramount+, and Apple TV allow you to sign in with your own account if you wish to use them while on property.
The open kitchen-dining room allows you to interact with all family or friends with a dining table that expands to eight places, and you will also have additional sitting space at the kitchen island.
Relax in the backyard in four lounge chairs or use the 4-burner grill to enjoy a nice BBQ while you enjoy the sunset.
The community is close to the Tenoroc Natural public area and Saddle Creek Park, which offers playgrounds, trails, boat ramps, fishing lakes, and picnic areas to enjoy the natural surroundings.
Guest will have access to the entire house, except for the storage closet inside the main bathroom.
We are more than happy and available to communicate with guests as needed.
In addition, we are big fans of Orlando and Tampa theme parks, so we can make recommendations and provide tips and suggestions for your visit.
The house is located in a safe and friendly community close to Teneroc Public Use Area, Saddle Creek Park, and the Schalamar Creek Golf and country club. The community is about 15 minutes from downtown Lakeland and Lakeland Square Mall.
The house has enough space to park four cars in the driveway in 2 lines. Unfortunately, the closed garage is not available for parking.
We strive to maintain a clean space, so please be a responsible pet owner, keep your pet out of the furniture and beds, and clean up after your loving friend.
Please enjoy the board games and return them to their box in the best condition so other guests can enjoy them too.
