A 3 story, 2 bedroom apartment located in Perinaldo, a quaint, quirky and unique village in the Italian Alps.
A stunning Penthouse with modern, unique furnishings, and mod cons throughout. 2 terraces, a fresh breeze and an abundance of natural light coming in from our patio doors and windows, which overlook the entire mountain range of the Italian and French Alps.
There is a small single bedroom, ideal for one person with a wardrobe. It can be made into a "tight" twin if necessary.
There are stairs that lead up to the first floor with an open plan kitchen/lounge, with an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and access to small terrace looking out over the spectacular French/Italian Alps. There is a bathroom with shower adjoining on the same floor.
Another staircase leading to the top floor with a luxury double bedroom with free standing bath and double patio doors to the terrace, enjoying stunning views over the valley and the Mediterranean sea glittering on the horizon.

You can enjoy touring around the neighbouring villages of Dolceacqua and Apricale, getting to know the locals and trying out their famous homemade olive oils and artichokes. You can swim in the crystal clear natural pools in the canyons of Rocchetta, mountain trek, or attend the brilliant summer concerts in Apricale or Perinaldo festival every July.
You are located 12 kilometres from Mediterranean beaches. Visit Ventilmiglia for its famous Friday market, and Bordighera to promenade through bougainvilleas and palm trees.
