About this space
With stylish and modern interiors throughout, this comfortable flat is perfectly situated in Lee, a popular and well-located neighborhood of South East London.
Being ideally positioned between Lee and Blackheath Stations (both Zone3), allows easy transport to London Bridge, in approx.25 mins and Charing Cross in 35 mins, as well as bus/transport links to local Lewisham, Eltham, Greenwich, Kidbrooke ,and Bromley, make this a perfect London stay for up to 4 Guests visiting for business or pleasure
The space
This London flat has all the furniture and amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including Wifi, 2 (two) spacious bedrooms with stylish interiors, a modern bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen.
The flat is on the second floor - 3 (three) floors above street level) of a shared apartment building. Please note that due to the age of the building, there is unfortunately no lift available and stairs must be climbed.

On entering the flat, to the left-hand side of the hallway is the bright and spacious living room and dining area with a comfortable sofa with cushions, stylish armchair, reading lamp, sleek black coffee table and rug underneath. There is abstract artwork along with a TV mounted on the wall. A modern glass table and fabric dining chairs, for 4 Guests to dine, finishes this room.
On the opposite side of the hallway is the modern bathroom with patterned flooring, bath, shower over bath, WC, basin, and towel rail. There is a small surface next to the basin for Guest belongings as well as a small storage cupboard below the basin.
Further along the hallway to the right is the Kitchen with a kettle, toaster, gas oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and pots and pans. There is plenty of storage space and surface space for Guests to store food and prepare meals.
The Master Bedroom is a spacious King-size bedroom with bedside tables, cozy table lamps, and ceiling light. This bedroom overlooks the street to the front of the building. There is plentiful storage for Guests who will have access to the entire floor-to-ceiling wardrobes within this room - there is both hanging and foldable space for Guest belongings.
At the very end of the hallway is the second Bedroom, which is well-sized with a double bed with bedside tables and ceiling light. There is a small storage cupboard for Guests with foldable space for Guest belongings. This bedroom is located at the back of the building and has views out onto distant green space, and playing fields.
There is carpet throughout the living room and the bedrooms which feels comfortable underfoot.
Some free on-street parking is available both on the road the flat is located on and within adjoining roads. Parking spaces are subject to availability. Please avoid parking in any spaces marked as private property or for Permit holders.
Please note that the apartment is within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.
The home is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and one bath towel for the stay.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Sainsburys Supermarket just a 5-minute walk away on Burnt Ash Road, towards Lee Station.

Please respect my neighbors by being considerate when using these shared areas and, when staying at the flat, please keep noise to a minimum. No amplified sound systems, please.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. I won't be around in person, however, a remote self-check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 3 pm. My property management company, Pass the Keys®, is on hand to provide 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance before, during, or after your stay.
Other things to note
Please note that the building itself is not the newest building and looks a little dated and tired in places but it is both safe and secure and the flat itself is modern, well-equipped, and comfortable.

Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down. No loud noise after 10 pm. Strictly no parties!
No smoking/vaping allowed anywhere in the building, please.
Please respect our home and leave shoes in the hallway. Please use the table mats, coasters, and heatproof mats to protect our furniture and work surfaces.
Please switch off all lights and electrical equipment when not in use. Please turn down the heating when leaving the property or when not required.
For every stay longer than 14 days there will be linen changes required (on the 14th day, 28th day 42nd day etc).
When leaving the property please make sure you close all windows and close the door which will lock the door behind you. Please ensure that you have the flat keys with you at all times when stepping out of the flat door as it will lock automatically when closed and you will require the key to reopen the door.
Please ensure you close the communal building door on exiting the building to help keep my neighbors and the building safe and secure.
Please note there is a £100 charge for lost keys due to required lock replacement, so please be careful with them.
