This beautiful Casolare is located in a serene, peaceful position with magnificent views of the sibillini mountains and the rolling hills of the surrounding countryside. It is situated in between Mogliano and Corridonia at just 10 minutes to each town.
Beautiful brick farmhouse newly and immaculately restored by skilled craftsmen with meticulous attention to detail using bricks, stone, terracotta tiles and wooden beams, has maintained its original features but introduced modern appliances and comforts making it exceptionally comfortable and welcoming.
On the ground floor there is a large open space living and games room. This is perfect for a dinner party or just to relax and have a game of pool.
On the first floor there are 4 ensuite bedrooms, the kitchen and dining room and a toilet and a balcony.
The bedrooms each have their own name and each is different to the other decorated and finished beautifully.
The house is fitted with air-conditioning in every room and has Wi-Fi throughout. The kitchen and dining room has a beautiful large fireplace and is spacious and well equipped and opens up to a terrace with magnificent views for outdoor dining.
