The brand new 2024 heated pool is surrounded by a large patio with spacious lounge chairs, perfect for stretching out and enjoying the Florida sun. The large porch area is an ideal place to relax in the shade, and the BBQ grill allows you to enjoy cookouts with everyone!
INTERIOR - Main House: Inside, the open floor plan flows from the living area to the stunning chef's kitchen- fully stocked with anything and everything you will need! The large island is outfitted with four seats - directly adjacent to the six-person dining table. The living room has a spacious seating area and features a large HDTV for your enjoyment. Ample closet space, laundry with washer and dryer, and a powder room complete the interior.

Bedroom 1: Primary suite - King bed, ensuite full bath.
Bedroom 2: Two full beds, shared full bath.
