The property is about 16 kilometers (10 miles) from the Federico García Lorca Granada-Jaén Airport (GRX).

- Taxi: Taxis are readily available at the airport, found outside the airport terminal, and the journey to the city center typically takes around 25 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Once in town, you can also find taxi stands in various locations around the city or hail one on the street.

The unit is located on the 4th floor, and the building has elevators. In the case that the elevator is out of service or under maintenance, guests will need to climb stairs.

Electricity is included in short and long-term rentals.
We provide some bath essentials like basic soap, shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper, as well as some basic cleaning supplies. Keep in mind these items are not replenished.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee.
The garbage must be deposited in the green containers installed in the streets from 20:00 to 23:00 hours from Monday to Saturday.
Under the current regulations (LO 4/2015 OF MARCH 30 for the PROTECTION OF CITIZEN SECURITY), every person over 14 years of age must be inexcusably registered. The inability to present such documentation will lead to the direct cancellation of the reservation without the possibility of a refund.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
