Outdoor Maintenance: The home’s exterior and pool are regularly cleaned and well-maintained. However, due to the surrounding trees and plants, the outdoor area may still have fallen leaves and debris, even with routine cleaning. Pool: The pool temperature is set to 85 degrees. Please note that the heater is electric and once outdoor temperature drops below 65 degrees, the heater is less effective and the pool may not stay as warm.

Swim at your own risk as there is no life guard on duty. Never leave children unsupervised. No diving, running or horseplay. No glass containers in or around the pool area.
Please do not tamper with pool equipment (pump, heater or filter).
