Villa Viginti 18 can comfortably accommodate 12 guests and provides a spacious outdoor area, including the beautiful pool with a waterfall, an outdoor kitchen with a big dining table as well as a whirlpool on an upper floor’s terrace that has a stunning sea view, that you will never want to leave.
*It offers its guests a comfortable, relaxing and fun stay. The interior of the Villa is modern, elegant and cozy, so once you step inside you will feel just like at home.
*On the ground-floor is a spacious and beautiful living room with a large corner sofa and a huge TV, that is perfect for movie nights with the whole family. The living room has an access to the outside terrace and a hydro-massage swimming pool with a waterfall.
On the same floor there is a separated spacious, fully equipped kitchen, which includes an extra wine fridge, and a big dining table. The kitchen has an access to the outdoor kitchen/grill area with a big outdoor dining table. On the ground floor there is also a beautiful, modern sleeping room with a king size bed, that has its own little living space, namely a comfortable couch (pull out sofa, where 2 persons can sleep), a TV and the last room on this floor is a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower.
*On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: one sleeping room with a king size bed, a pull out couch for 2 people and a TV; the second sleeping room also with a king size bed and a TV and the third sleeping room with two single beds. Every sleeping room has its own spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower.
*The upper floor has an access to the spacious terrace from one sleeping room and the terrace offers a whirlpool and a comfortable seating area with sun deck chairs, overlooking the sea to enjoy stunning sunsets.
*This Villa has a private parking garage for 2-3 cars. On the same floor there is a fun area with a table football, dart and an air hockey.
