Please note that this home is classed as "self providing". We provide the basic package of a toilet roll, bar soap and shampoo sachets in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags, dishwashing liquid and two dishwasher tablets to help you start with your vacation needs. With Walmart situated next to the community, supplies are on the doorstep!
The Golf and Country Club
Southern Dunes is a gated community with 24-hour manned entrance. All guest and driver names will need to be provided to us to ensure you are properly registered with the gatehouse prior to your arrival and each driver will need to show a valid driving license to the gatehouse staff in order to gain access.
The Club facilities include a community pool and playground, plus The Tavern restaurant and The Barn bar overlooking the TopTracery golf range.
For those of you who enjoy a round or two, Southern Dunes is a very cool golf course with an unusual layout for Florida - giant sand dunes strategically placed to create many challenging shots and great elevation changes.

The villa is situated 5 minutes from the US27 Highway, with a shopping plaza and multiple chain eateries available in the immediate area, including two supermarkets.
There are additional restaurants and shopping opportunities just another five minutes south and the quaint downtown area of Haines City itself is just 10 minutes away and highly recommended for a visit.
The larger shopping area of Posner Park is just 18 minutes north on the US27 and is within 5 minutes of the I4 interstate, providing easy access to beaches on either the East or West coasts.
