The Space:
Located on level 9 of a boutique building, this apartment is the perfect base to explore beautiful nearby surroundings and the CBD. As soon as you walk out the door you’ll be immersed by the vivid and eclectic surroundings – this truly is an unbeatable location with so much on your doorstep!
Our apartment is modern, immaculately clean and has been beautifully decorated throughout – We have made it as comfortable and cozy as possible.

The Neighborhood:
Woolloongabba is known as one the most desirable areas to live in. It's a very friendly neighborhood with the peace of quiet but the amenities of being next to a shopping centre. It is mainly professionals, families, students and tourists in the neighborhood. Easy access in and out of the City, trendy cafes, great schools, buses, local parks, and sports club. A short walk to Buranda Village shopping Centre with variety shop. Walking distance to the PA Hospital, Kangaroo Point Cliffs.
Getting Around:
Only 2 Km to the city with easy access. 7 Minutes drive to CBD, direct bus to CBD access at street level (Cityglider, 174, 175 & 204 bus connection).

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.
Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.
Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Keys need to be left in the apartment before the check-out time. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

Summary: Great location, good sized unit, close to a main bus route and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Thats the SWEET bit. The VERY SOUR bits are. Poor communication's. In most cases you had to deal with an overseas call centre who failed to return calls despite setting time for. Difficult to understand at times. Generally, yes sir 3 bags full approach. Was able to contact local cleaning staff on one occasion who supplied some glasses, mugs and larger bowls. We were out at the time when put in room. Future calls and text were not responded to until I bumped into a cleaner in lift and he contacted main man and then we received response to our texts on second last day of 18 day stay. CLEANING Requested a clean vaccum cleaner as son has dust allergy. Took 30 minutes to clean it, hair stuck in head, cannister needed emptying and cleaning and filters clogged. Carpet needed SEVERAL cleans to get back to being reasonably clean. Next tennants should be happy. There was a old style mop for wiping over tiled area but no mop bucket. Carpet was worn out in patches, looked like a couple of blood spots/stains in places and in main bedroom a large stain that looked like a vomit patch of some time ago. Showers were good for water pressure not needed cleaning in corners below glass. Shower heads would not stay up on sliders. Both doonas had dried blood stains and one had what looked like a wee stain and a dirty stain on top edge. Micro wave stopped working after 10 days .
