This is a first-floor unit in a wood-framed building; footsteps may be heard from above. Please let us know if any noise becomes disruptive—we’ll do our best to address it promptly.

No Smoking
This is a smoke-free home. A $300 cleaning fee will apply if any signs of smoking (including e-cigarettes) are detected.
No Animals Allowed
Due to severe allergies, this home is strictly animal-free. We are exempt from Airbnb’s pet policy, so please do not book if you plan to bring a pet. Unauthorized animals will result in immediate removal and a $500–$1,000 fine.
No Shoes Indoors
Help us keep the home clean by removing your shoes upon entry. Your cooperation is much appreciated!
Self-Catering Property
We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed.
Early Check-In Policy
Early check-in may be available for a $100 fee, depending on same-day turnovers. Approval is based on cleaner availability—please inquire 1 day prior to arrival.
Trash Disposal
Please sort recyclables and garbage into the correct bins. If you're unsure, simply leave items inside—the cleaning team will handle them.

We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.
2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We've got exemption from Airbnb so please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate containers. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.
9. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $50 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
