The space
2 Bedrooms + Office/den room, 2 Walk-in Shower Bathrooms – Unwind in two well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring plush bedding and plenty of natural light.
Primary bedroom has a King mattress with a private ensuite bath room. The guest bedroom is a Queen mattress, located across the hall from the second bathroom.
Office/ 3rd den room - comes with a desk and video light for the optimal work-from-home set up! There is also a pack and play in the entry coat closet for guests to use as well.
The spacious living area provides a comfortable space to relax with a Smart TV, w/ Netlfix + Roku and plenty of seating for everyone. Primary bedroom also has it's own bathroom for ultimate comfort and convenience.

Location, Location, Location – Located just steps away from the best of Ballard, you’ll be near amazing restaurants, breweries, boutiques, and the famous Ballard Locks. We are a 5 minute walk from the historic ocean front Rays Boathouse restaurant, 15 minute walk to Ballard Locks and 15 minute walk to Shilshole Bay Marina. The marina is widely regarded as the premier boating and sailing center of the Northwest.
Property is 100’ from the famous Burke-Gilman pedestrian path. Unit looks due west for year round sunsets, when cloud cover allows.
Take a quick Uber down to the infamous Golden Gardens Beach Park for some beachside relaxation, or explore nearby Fremont and downtown Seattle for even more popular attractions like the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena and Pike Place Market.
Parking :
- Our home is located at the dead end street on 37th Ave NW, there are free parking spots on the street by the rock retaining wall and hedges. Please do not park in the carport or in the two spaces at the dead end that block the carport. (The very far left space at the dead end is fine if it is open).
Additional Parking Below: This is a dedicated parking space located below the building off of NW 61st Street, however, please be careful the driveway is a little steep, it can be backed into for ease of getting in and out.
Getting to the unit:
- Walk through the right side of the carport, down 1 flight of stairs.
- Unit #2 front entry door is at the bottom of the stairs with a keypad above the door handle.
From lower lot: Walk up the stairs to the second floor, walk past the patio furniture, it is the second door on your right.
