The moment you walk through the front entry you will be delighted by the light-filled and open-plan Chris Beckingham designed layout with soaring ceilings and an effortless indoor-outdoor flow that showcases the magnificent views.
In the evenings, gather your family and friends for a home cooked dinner in the luxury appointed kitchen, with a 4m island bench and a suite of premium Miele appliances.from here you can move out on to the sheltered BBQ terrace. For something special book a private chef who will create a stunning private dining experience for you, using only the best locally sourced ingredients. Alternatively, dine out at some of the most famous restaurants in the area serving internationally renowned cuisine.
No matter where you are in this home you’ll be calmed by the breath-taking views and soothing sounds of the tropical rain forest. All the bedrooms are impeccably appointed including the master suite with a large walk-in robe and a luxe ensuite with limestone tiles, a shower, a double vanity and a bath with sensational views. This level also has a large study where you can comfortably work from your holiday home.. Downstairs you will find an additional two bedrooms, both with private verandahs plus a second lounge room area that has a comfy queen size sofa bed so this stunning property can sleep 8 guests
You will holiday on a glorious 8,514sqm (2.1-acre) lot with an in-ground saltwater pool, fruit trees, irrigated gardens and lawn. This secluded slice of paradise is home to tropical birds, Ulysses and Birdwing butterflies and is just 3.5km from Airlie Beach town centre.
Ten 89 Timberland comes with it's own private car (8 seater including child safety seats) which you can rent for the duration of your stay. We can even pick you up from the airport stop to pick up your groceries on the way and deliver you straight to your front door.
Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).
