The Space:
This 1BR apartment is perfect for couples, families, and business travelers who want to be close to all the action in the city while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable place to rest.
You will find a kitchenette equipped for light cooking. Including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine along with creamers, sugars and coffee.
There is a smart TV in this house with Roku access. This will allow you to login to your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime account upon check in, just don’t forget to logout before you leave!
Our bathroom is fully stocked for your convenience. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash are provided. We’ve provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.
Please note this home does not have a washer and dryer but there is a laundromat nearby!
The home is divided into three separate listings as a part of a TRIPLEX, each with its own entrance and private space, ensuring your privacy and comfort. This listing is for the SECOND FLOOR Unit ONLY.
Parking is available on-site, and you will have access parking spots in front of the house during your stay— this is shared with other occupants of the house.
There is street parking available nearby.
--Please note this home is a TRIPLEX. Your unit is on the 2nd floor, you will have your own private entrance to the unit located at the left side of the home. Stairs are required.
Guest Access:
The apartment is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.
You will enjoy privacy during your stay but please be mindful of other guests around the other parts of the house. The back and front patio is NOT available for use, this is only for the occupants of the first floor and the studio unit.
Parking is available on-site, and you will have access parking spots in front of the house during your stay— this is shared with other occupants of the house.
There is street parking available nearby.

A very walkable neighborhood. Enjoy the vibrant nightlife and happy hours with a variety of bars and restaurants to choose from nearby.If you choose to venture out further, we are only 10-15 minutes away from some major attractions in KC such as Union Station, Power & Light District, Country Club Plaza, and Crown Center—so a car or Uber/Lyft is your best bet!
Getting Around:
Our location is ideal for those looking to explore the city. We're just a short walk from some of North Kansas City's best restaurants, bars, and shops. The famous Power and Light District and other KC attractions are a short $10-$15 Uber ride.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors and the other occupants of the house. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!
Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.
There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you.
NOTE: There is an exterior security camera at the entrance of the home for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7.
