This detached house is full of character and features a log burner in the large family lounge, alongside beams throughout the house, 3 bathrooms and a well equipped, recently redesigned and sociable farmhouse style kitchen. It is a house which offers great flexibility and whilst it is full of charm and character it is flooded with natural light and has a real home away from home feel about it.
Loke House boasts the most wonderful, very private and enviable back garden, perfect for outside games, al fresco dining and sun bathing on a summer’s day.
Ground Floor
Enter into the property via the front door which leads directly into a large, social farmhouse style, well equipped kitchen with built-in electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dining table and chairs to seat 8.
From the kitchen you can access down a short hallway a spacious downstairs bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin and at the end of the hallway you will find bedroom 1. Opposite the bathroom is the door to the large, private back garden.
Bedroom 1 is a good size room with king-size bed, wardrobe and large cottage style windows which flood the room with natural light. The window overlooks the private front garden.
From the kitchen you can step down into the lovely sitting room which comfortably seats 8 around a cosy log burner and boasts large windows overlooking the enclosed, front garden.
