It is the perfect accommodation for a tourist stay with the family or for a business stay. It is located 20 km from Paris/Porte de ST Cloud, 6 km from Versailles with easy access to public transport (tramway, bus line) and close to major highways (A 86, N118).

This apartment is located in a large house which was completely renovated in 2023. It is arranged as follows:
★ 1 living room with a large corner sofa, a coffee table and a 55-inch ultra HD television.
★ 1 dining room with a large rectangular table that can accommodate up to 10 people
★ 1 open kitchen with a central island and all the necessary appliances including a large American fridge.
★ 3 bedrooms with 160 cm bed in the largest bedroom and 140 cm beds in the others, bedside tables, wardrobe and desk, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.
★ 1 bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a double sink unit, towel dryer
★ 1 bathroom with a shower
★ 1 laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
★ 1 garden with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, ping-pong table.
★ 1 direct access to the Vélizy-Meudon forest.
You have access to all the accommodation including the garden and its equipment.

The apartment is located in the down town of Vélizy, it is a very quiet suburban area on the edge of the forest. Small shops are a 5 minute walk away.
If you come by car, there is a parking space which is in the small parking lot in front of the house and a second space along the fence in the driveway. The apartment is located near the major highways A 86 and N118, 20 minutes from Paris.
By public transport, the T6 tram stop is a 7-minute walk away. The bus network is also well provided.
