Lake enthusiasts! Your perfect home away from home is right here on Neely Henry Lake which offers great crappie, bass and catfish for you fishermen. Come get away and relax while enjoying the gorgeous lake views, fishing, boating and swimming is right in your backyard. Launch your boat less than a half mile away at Canoe Creek Landing then pull your boat up to your private dock and get your sunbathing on while sipping an ice-cold drink or try your luck at fishing and enjoying the Alabama sunshine. Bring your own paddle board or kayak to paddle around the point and park it at the dock where you can enjoy a midday picnic. After a successful day fishing throw your catch of the day on the gas grill or make some s’mores over the fire pit with the provided wood.
Inside you’ll find a newly furnished kitchen with full sized stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave for all your entertaining and dining needs. The dining room table seats six with great views of the lake where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises as you sip your morning coffee. In the Living room you’ll find a Lazy-boy queen sleeper sofa, loveseat,, and a 35 inch t.v. equipped with Dish Network so you never miss your favorite show or game. The bedroom has two new full sized beds and mattresses making the total sleeping accommodations up to six comfortably. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo making vacationing with kids a clean-up breeze. All bed sheets and blankets and bath linens are provided however A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for use as well should you require to clean the linens as there isn’t a daily maid service provided. The property has a storm shelter and the home has central heat and air for your convenience.
Trash bags and a starter of dishwasher pods and laundry pods and dish detergent. Along with a couple of rolls of toilet tissue and paper towels and also a few keurig pods are also provided.
This rental property is a guest house to the owners home that adjoins the property next door. There is a shared driveway that leads to both homes on a point. The guest house Property is on the right of the driveway and the owners property is on the left.
OWNERS LIVE next door and the driveway is the property lines for the homes. Owners property and dock is not for Vrbo usage.
