The home spans two floors, with the bedrooms and bathroom located upstairs, so all guests must be able to climb stairs.

This is a very quiet neighborhood with zero tolerance for parties and loud activities. I'd like to welcome the friendly travel community, like-minded friends who love to travel while respecting and caring for each other. I.e. the "good" travelers.
For BOOKINGS OVER 28 DAYS, a Lease Agreement, background, reference, and income verifications are required as well as photo IDs of each renter within 24 hours of booking. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled.
